How it works:
Pledge $40, you will have 4 active days and 2 power days a week and 1 free day. (Power days are just some extra steps to push you)
Everyone will have their own step goal based on their activity level.
6 week game (great amount of time to help create a healthy habit) and you must hit your step goals each week or you will be eliminated (great way to stay accountable to your goals) - first week there is no eliminations so you can get a feel for how it works. 🙌🏼Winners split the pot!!🙌🏼
I will be doing this with you! You don’t need a Fitbit or Apple Watch if you don’t have one, your phone can track your steps for you! Download the app “stepbet” and my game code is “regan.” This is perfect to get out and moving during this time while staying safe!

So here is the quad workout I did yesterday and WOW, I needed that more than I knew!
It’s not a bunch of different exercises, just a few with LOTS of reps!
➕Heel Elevated Front Loaded Squats - 10 sets of 10 reps - finish all rounds before moving on
𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐢𝐭 - 𝟏𝟎 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬:
➕Single Leg Banded Extensions - 15 reps each leg
➕Banded Leg Extensions - 20 reps
➕Close Stance Bulgarian Split Squats - 12 each leg
It’s A LOT of reps but I don’t have heavy weights so it felt good to push myself. If you’re up for a challenge, try this out!
