This is my version of American Chopsuey😂♥️.The original uses Egg noodles and it should be fried.But here I have used normal Spagetti with no frying.

What you need :
Spaghetti -boiled and cooked as per package
Ginger-1 inch piece cut small
Garlic-2-3 cloves cut small
Onion-1 thinly sliced
Carrot-1 thinly sliced
Capsicum-1 thinly sliced
Cabbage-2 cups ,thinly sliced
Spring onion -3 springs ,thinly sliced
Chicken (boneless) -1 cup ,cooked with salt,cut into small pieces
Chicken broth-1/2 cup
For the sauce
Soya sauce-1 tbsp
Chilli sauce -2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup -2 tbsp
Pepper pdr-1 tsp
Heat 2 tbsp oil.Saute ginger and garlic till raw smell goes.Add and saute onion ,capsicum ,carrot,cabbage.Add each one and sauté for 2-3 minutes each.It should not be cooked through.We need to leave a little crunch.Add the spring onion.Add chicken and mix everything.Add the chicken stock and let it cook together for 2 minutes.
Make a paste with the ingredients under sauce .Add it to the veggies and chicken.Add the cornflour mix.Let it cook for 4 minutes.Turn off heat.
Place the spaghetti in the serving plate.Pour the veggies chicken mix over it when hot.
Make fried eggs with salt and pepper to serve on top of the spaghetti .Its optional to serve with the fried eggs.But I recommend it♥️🤩
